I love snacks!!

You heard that right.

I’m a health coach and I have a straight-up obsession with snacking. Not all the time, of course, but I just love little tiny bites of goodness.

My snacking has taken a drastic turn in recent years however and I have learned to snack healthy. Yes, there is such a thing!

If you have worked with me at all or read a couple of my blogs or followed me on social media you know that I don’t recommend you eat processed snack foods, but that you make your own instead.

And snacks are pretty easy to make – they are just little bites after all.

Snacks can easily be made in batches in a small amount of time and they can be good for you!

As much as I would love to get creative and make new snacks when a certain flavor strikes my fancy, I struggle with being creative in the kitchen sometimes and putting recipes together is not my forte. Some things I can do easily, but other things I need to rely on help. But that is totally okay in the 21st century!

My favorite source for healthy snacks (besides Google searching potential flavor combinations) has got to be Pinterest. If you don’t spend time on this platform looking for recipes, or meal and snack ideas, I definitely suggest you do!

I am regularly finding new recipes for snacks to try out and it is constantly expanding my list.

As much as I would love to claim credit for these awesome snack ideas, I am going to give credit where credit is due and share a few of my recent Pinterest snack favorites here with you.
